I am the director of the Centre for Digital Humanities in Belgrade, Serbia. I have degrees in Slavic Language and Literatures from Harvard and Comparative Literature from Princeton. I work on complex lexical architectures in eLexicography, retrodigitization of historic dictionaries, and integration of digital libraries and language resources. I am equally active in the field of new media education, regularly teaching seminars and workshops in Germany, Eastern Europe, the Caucasus and Central Asia. IMHO, Nicholas Carr, as many Cassandras out there, should chill out a little. Who said we were that smart in the first place?
